Junior talent acquisition officer

JOB PURPOSE

To contribute to the accomplishment of the Human Resource Department goals and objectives. These duties will lead to employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes on quality, productivity, goal attainment and on-going development of the employees of the company. The focus of this position is in providing support and advice to assist in meeting organizational workforce requirements through the delivery of customer focused recruitment and selection activities.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Matric (Grade 12). Diploma or certificate in Human Resources management / administration will be beneficial. Minimum of 2 (two) years proven administration / data capturing experience.
