for a Junior Sous Chef (Western Cuisine) to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations for Western cuisine.

  • Prepare and cook high-quality Western dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

  • Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and trainees during service.

  • Support menu development and creation of new Western dishes.

  • Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.

  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.

  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  • Job Requirements

  • Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or equivalent.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Western kitchen, preferably in a hotel or fine dining setting.
