Job Responsibilities
Assist the Sous Chef in managing daily kitchen operations for Western cuisine.Prepare and cook high-quality Western dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.Supervise and guide Commis Chefs and trainees during service.Support menu development and creation of new Western dishes.Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.Work closely with the culinary team to ensure smooth and timely operations.
