About the Role
Reporting to the Head Chef and Director of Culinary, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary team. This hands‑on position supports our Sous Chef and Head Chef and helps shape the culture of our kitchen.
- Ensuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stations
- Training, developing and supporting junior chefs
- Optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
- Monitoring quality of dishes at preparation and presentation stages
- Maintaining exceptional hygiene practices
- Providing creative input to menu development and dish presentation
