About the Role

Reporting to the Head Chef and Director of Culinary, you will play a pivotal role in our culinary team. This hands‑on position supports our Sous Chef and Head Chef and helps shape the culture of our kitchen.

  • Ensuring adequacy of supplies at cooking stations
  • Training, developing and supporting junior chefs
  • Optimising the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
  • Monitoring quality of dishes at preparation and presentation stages
  • Maintaining exceptional hygiene practices
  • Providing creative input to menu development and dish presentation
