Junior Sales Advisor for International Market
Kaplan International is one of the largest and most prestigious educational groups in the world. We have over 80 years of experience and more than 30,000 employees worldwide. We operate across various educational sectors, including language training in our 40+ colleges across North America and Europe.
- Contacting and following up on leads generated by the Marketing team.
- Identifying customer needs and offering the most suitable products while keeping the CRM (Salesforce) up to date.
- Guiding clients throughout the process until program booking and transferring them to the Customer Service team.
- Native-level English; additional EU languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work towards targets. (No prior experience required.)
- Based in Barcelona or surrounding areas.
