Our client, a niche property development company based in Stellenbosch, is looking for a dynamic and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and wants to grow within a well-established property development business.Minimum Requirements:

Degree, diploma or recognised qualification in Quantity Surveying.

Registered with, or eligible to register with, the South African Council for the Quantity Surveying Profession (SACQSP)

Minimum 5 years' relevant Quantity Surveying experience.

Experience within the property development or construction industry will be advantageous.
