Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Proposal & Bid Executive to support the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals. The role involves assisting in tendering activities, quotation preparation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and compliant bid submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Proposal & Tender Support
Assist in the preparation and submission of
technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and bids
Review RFQs/RFPs and extract key requirements
Ensure proposals are aligned with
client specifications and submission guidelines
Maintain proper documentation of all bids and proposals
Estimation & Quotation Preparation
Support in preparing
cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations
Coordinate with internal teams to gather
technical and pricing inputs
Assist in analyzing project scope and basic cost implications
