Location: Based Corby with frequent travel to Nuneaton and occasional international travel


Contract Type: Permanent

The Opportunity


Identification of project opportunities, preparation of Investment proposals, and management of capital projects typically up to £1 million with varied timescales which support the development of facilities within the group relating to both office and warehouse environments.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Identification of opportunities, development of proposals, and implementation of solutions that deliver tangible improvements to office facility and logistics problems.

  • Management of contractors and suppliers including allocation of work, preparation of required specifications and ensuring the contractor delivers to the agreed specification.

  • Preparation and management of project plans to time, cost and quality targets.
