Junior Production Engineer

The Junior Production Engineer is responsible for sustained safe shift operations (zero LTI), productive utilization of resources (People and Machinery), while adhering to and monitoring production plan.

Core Responsibilities

• Process – To post shift production & dispatches in SAP system and fulfill manpower requirements for smooth working of the shift, achieve shift-wise production targets regarding both quality and quantity, ensure product losses are controlled, write shift-wise production report and mark attendance of workers, view lab results of product and instruct operators accordingly, follow instructions from the Divisional Head, ensure operators give right information on log sheets, write shift performance report in logbook, ensure manufacturing materials and supplies are sufficiently drawn from stores in time.
