Junior Procurement Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION PROCUREMENT - Prepare Purchase Order to vendors, check stock, availability and lead-time. - Ensure accuracy and efficiency in requisition - appropriate quantities are ordered, correct materials are ordered. - Expedite and follow up on orders to ensure the goods/services are processed in line with customer's delivery timeline. - Coordinate with freight forwarders and third party logistics providers on all shipment delivery. - QC check on goods after shipment arrived. - Update and maintain price-lists of different vendors. - Check supplier invoices to ensure all items are invoiced accurately. - Keeping inventory stock of our warehouse goods and placing orders to replenish stock and inventory runs below minimum stock levels.
