Junior Process Business Analyst

**What You’ll Be Doing**
The **Junior Process Business Analyst** role is a multiskilled, cross-functional position responsible for conducting user research, creating detailed PMO to FMO process flows, requirements gathering, and translating business needs into automated, digitized and scalable system and process needs. This role will support business process analysis and reengineering initiatives, including PMO/FMO process mapping, workflow assessment, and operational improvement efforts.
