Junior Portfolio Manager, Property & Asset Ops

CBRE Asia Pacific Auckland seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support the operation of a multi-site portfolio, including ATM and car park assets across New Zealand. The role provides day-to-day portfolio administration, lease management and data accuracy, with client coordination and team support.

Ideal candidates are graduates or early-career professionals with 1–3 years of experience, strong maths, MS Office proficiency and excellent communication. Some travel may be required.
