• Manage patient callout workflows, follow-up tracking, and complaint resolution

• Gather structured clinical history from patients to support accurate diagnostic reporting

• Handle report discordance cases across immunoassay, biochemistry, endocrinology, histopathology, hematology, microbiology, specialized serology, and general diagnostics

• Liaise with laboratory departments to ensure reporting accuracy and TAT compliance
