Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize network capacity and resources
- Generate monthly network utilization reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate digital inventory of assets, circuits, and connectivity
- Enhance and automate inventory management systems in collaboration with portal development teams
- Document network designs, configurations, and topologies
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for capacity planning and project deployment
- Support outage restoration and on-site activities with vendors
- Manage project timelines and resources to ensure timely delivery
- Standby support during assigned weeks for urgent issues and outages
- Diploma in Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field
