Junior Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Manager to join our team. As a Junior Manager, you will play an important role in promoting children’s and youth’s recreational and competitive sports, supporting coaches and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement the club’s activities for beginner age groups.
• Organise football schools and support coaches.
• Establish new teams and collaborate with kindergartens and schools.
• Ensure high quality of football activities from a young age.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and initiative.
• Passion for developing junior football activities.
• Experience in children’s and youth sports or physical activity.
• Coaching skills.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English.
