Junior Legal Counsel (Executive)

As part of our legal team, you will be reporting to the Head of Legal and will be responsible for internet policy, assisting with legal matters, and providing support across the group in areas including corporate, commercial, advisory, and litigation matters. You will act as an independent and objective administrator to review the group's daily legal and policy activities.

Role Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate high-volume, standardized business agreements (including standard vendor terms, non-disclosure agreements, and procurement contracts) to ensure commercial alignment and risk mitigation.
• Operational Support: Act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day legal support across our sales, operations, and marketing teams.
