Minimum Requirements: Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa Minimum of 2-5 years post admission experience Sound knowledge of relevant legislation (Magistrates Court Act/High Court; Practise Directives of the Division; NCA; POPIA, etc) Duties Include: Handle legal processes & ensure compliance Manage litigation and trial preparations Draft and review legal documents Appear in court and report to clients/directors Support team supervision & ad hoc tasks Key Competencies Excellent drafting; litigation & communication skills Strategic legal thinking & business acumen Proficient in MS Word/Excel/Outlook Working knowledge and experience with Court Online/Case Line Attention to detail & ability to work under pressure Team player with leadership potential
