Accountabilities Support in the review, drafting and negotiation of contracts and other legal documents (NDAs, Procurement Contracts, Purchase Contracts, Service Agreements, etc). Assist in litigation and legal proceedings before courts, government agencies and other authorities to protect the organization’s interests. Assist in providing corporate support to the group entities. Assist in real estate matters of the group. Assist in the development, implementation and updates of relevant legal policies and guidelines. Collaborate with business colleagues to achieve targeted business results with acceptable level of legal risk.
