Junior IT Technician

Minimum requirements: Provide first- and second-line IT support, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently Maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices to ensure business continuity in a 24/7 environment Install, configure, and support software including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications Manage and resolve incidents end-to-end, ensuring timely closure and user satisfaction Perform basic network troubleshooting (IP, DHCP, DNS) to maintain connectivity Support Microsoft Windows environments and assist with server/Exchange-related issues Liaise with external vendors for repairs, maintenance, and procurement of IT equipment Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and weekly reports on IT issues and performance Escalate complex technical issues to senior teams where required Assist with IT projects and provide after-hours support when necessary Consultant: Nicole Absolom - Dante Personnel Greenstone
