Junior IT System Administration

Responsibilities
- Management of servers of entities operating at the plant in Johor Bahru and related entities abroad
- Ongoing monitoring of global IT networks and computer hardware
- Computer hardware diagnostics and IT inventory management (equipment distribution among employees and installation of system access for new and existing employees)
- Purchase of IT equipment in accordance with the current needs of the company
- Providing technical support for users (help desk service - diagnosing and solving problems)
Requirements
- Possessing education and knowledge in the field of computer science or related area
- Experience is welcome, but not mandatory
- Ability to learn and process information quickly
- Great communication skills to deal with a plethora of situations
