Junior IT Support Technician: Windows, M365 & Networking

Tristar Transport LLC in Dubai is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide desktop, laptop, printer and mobile device support for regional users.

You will troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and hardware issues, assist with Intune enrolment, manage Active Directory accounts, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining asset inventory and requoting tickets as required.
