Vacancy Description
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- IT Diploma or IT Degree .
- 13 years experience in an IT support, helpdesk, or technical support environment.
- Basic knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Experience with PC hardware, printers, and peripheral support.
- Experience using an IT ticketing/helpdesk system will be advantageous
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Valid driver's licence
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity-related issues.
