Junior IT Operations Engineer

1.Job Responsibilities

(1)Network Infrastructure Support

Provide on-site support for customers' wired and wireless networks (Wi-Fi), internet connectivity, and internal network security. Rapidly respond to and resolve network issues including outages, latency, and authentication problems (e.g. 802.1X, VPN).

(2)End-User Device Life-cycle Management

Responsible for the full life-cycle management of end-user devices, including initial deployment of desktop computers (primarily Windows-based), software installation, daily maintenance, as well as configuration and management of peripherals such as printers and scanners.

(3)Windows Domain Administration

Perform basic Active Directory (AD) administration tasks, including user account creation, access rights management, domain joining, Group Policy Object (GPO) application, and shared folder management.
