Junior Internal Controls Analyst

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for defining and executing the annual Work Plan for the risk matrix models, identifying the main topics to be assessed.
• Plan and facilitate the process for first-line areas to perform risk mapping, design testing and control testing, to compose the risk plan models for our Central Offices and Cooperatives.
• Carry out initiatives to ensure engagement and cultural adoption by the areas involved in building and implementing the cooperative models.
• Provide support and guidance to team colleagues, the Sicredi Administrative Center, Central Offices and Cooperatives.
• Report progress and results of the work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field;
• Experience working in credit cooperatives and knowledge of risk management frameworks (such as COSO, COBIT, ISO 31000, etc.) is considered a plus.
