Junior Integration Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Junior Integration Manager to join our Integration Team. Our department is divided into specialized sub-divisions, and you will be working specifically within the Configurator sub-division.

In this role, you will focus on setting up and managing technical configurations via our web interface, ensuring maximum accuracy. You will also handle betting rate configurations and collaborate closely with the L2 Support team to address and resolve complex technical queries escalated to the L3 level.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a basic technical background or support experience who thrives in structured environments and wants to grow within a dynamic team.

Requirements

• At least 1 years in the L2 technical support: Resolving tickets coming from L1; tracking and passing tickets to L3, which the candidate himself cannot handle;
