Description/Synopsis:
A leading pharmaceutical organisation is offering an exciting opportunity for a Junior Industrial Engineer to launch their career within a dynamic and innovative environment. This role is ideal for a newly qualified graduate or recent intern who is passionate about efficiency, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will be developed into a Business Process Engineer through hands-on exposure to impactful projects across the business.
Minimum Requirements:
BSc / BEng in Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) – mandatory
Exposure or certification in Lean Six Sigma, Project Management, or Data Analytics – advantageous
Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship or graduate programme experience
Exposure to data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar is an advantage
Participation in projects or process improvement initiatives during studies will be beneficial
