Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IAM Analyst to support user access management across systems and applications. This role is open to fresh graduates with internship or basic IT support experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating, updating, and removing user access.
Handle daily requests such as account creation, password resets, and access changes.
Ensure all access requests follow company security policies.
Maintain accurate records of user access.
Support simple access reviews and audit checks.
Monitor and follow up on IAM tickets to ensure timely completion.
Escalate more complex issues to senior team members.
Work with HR, IT, and other teams to confirm user access needs.
Support basic use of tools like Active Directory.
Help improve processes and share knowledge with the team.
