Junior HR Generalist - People & Policy Support

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an HR Generalist to provide essential HR support, maintain employee records, and assist with reporting. The role partners with management to foster strong employee relations and ensure policy compliance.

The selected candidate will coordinate onboarding, support training initiatives, and assist with compensation and job evaluations, while coordinating with the Leave of Absence and Workers' Compensation processes as needed.
