About the Role
The IT Service Desk is the central point of contact for all IT related incidents and service requests. The Junior Helpdesk Support Technician provides second line support as part of a team supporting our EMEA region. The role is responsible for resolving support requests, meeting customer satisfaction, and maintaining continuous service delivery. The IT Support team works in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment delivering services over phone, e‑mail, and other channels. The position is based at our European Headquarters in Maidenhead and reports to the Service Desk Manager.
Role and Responsibilities
- Actively contribute to the efficient operation and ongoing improvement of the end‑user support processes.
- Take ownership of issues by carrying out problem analysis and implementing temporary or permanent fixes to restore service as soon as possible; escalating incidents to other support teams where necessary.
