Junior Fish Ecology Researcher

As a Junior Fish Ecology Researcher at Wageningen Marine Research, you will support research teams with fieldwork, data analysis, and the reporting of results. On board research vessels, you will contribute to fish surveys in Dutch inland and/or coastal waters.

Your job

As a Junior Fish Ecology Researcher at Wageningen Marine Research, you will support research teams with fieldwork, data analysis, and the reporting of results. On board research vessels, you will contribute to fish surveys in Dutch inland and/or coastal waters. As many of our research projects are commissioned by the Dutch government, proficiency in the Dutch language is considered an advantage.

Your responsibilities

As a researcher, your tasks and responsibilities will include:

• collecting and processing data (including work on board research vessels);
