Key Responsibilities

• Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, BOQs, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and detailed cost estimates for construction and fit‑out projects.
• Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare project budgets, cost plans, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate with project managers, procurement teams, and design departments to ensure accurate pricing.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities through value engineering without compromising project quality.
