Junior Digital Marketing Associates (Agentic)

We're hiring high-performing Digital Marketing Associates (Agentic) to join our agile in-house team. This is a data, creative, and AI-driven role, working across some of the fastest-growing direct-to-consumer e-commerce brands.

This is a junior role. You will analyse performance data, develop new creative testing strategies, optimise full marketing funnels, and manage paid campaigns at scale — with AI and agentic workflows embedded in almost every part of your day. We offer a competitive base salary alongside an uncapped performance bonus directly tied to the performance of your campaigns.

This is a launchpad role designed for graduates and those with little to no prior professional experience.
