Junior Counsel

Responsibilities

Monitor and implement compliance policies to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal standards.

Conduct audits and prepare compliance reports for submission to regulatory agencies.

Assist in contract drafting, legal research, and analysis of regulatory changes affecting the company.

Coordinate with internal teams to support compliance training and policy communication.

Support internal investigations of compliance issues and document findings for management review.

Qualifications

Law graduate and Philippine Bar passer.

At least 2 years of experience in legal, compliance, or corporate law practice.

Strong knowledge of corporate compliance regulations and industry standards.

Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research tools, with strong attention to detail and integrity.
