Junior Conveyancing Attorney required in Plettenberg Bay.

We have a vacancy for a Junior Conveyancing Attorney in Plettenberg Bay.

Requirements:

• LLB Degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
• Conveyancing admission.
• Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in a conveyancing department.
• Strong proficiency in conveyancing software.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Excellent communication in English and Afrikaans.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare all necessary conveyancing documents and transfer documents and bond registrations.
• Arrange, conduct, and finalize the signing of transfer and bond documents with clients.
• Attention to detail, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Supervise the accurate process to registration.
