Junior Consultant - NWPS

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Work closely with a Senior Consultant to build the expertise needed to independently manage an assigned group of Defined Contribution Retirement Plans. Through mentoring, training, and hands-on experience, progressively assume responsibility for the following activities:

+ Perform assigned project tasks independently, seeking guidance from a Senior Consultant when assuming new responsibilities
+ Consult with clients regarding all aspects of plan design
+ Oversee day to day administration, annual compliance testing, Form 5500 preparation, trust Accounting, participant notices and plan documents
+ Maintain client relationships to ensure high quality deliverables
+ Anticipate client needs and formulate solutions to client issues
+ Prepare and review deliverables for accuracy and quality
