Junior Cloud Engineer

Job Description
1. Provide on-site guidance and training for customers' product trial, help customers to solve technical problems, become a bridge of technical communication between customers and the company, and maintain good customer relations 2. Collaborate with the sales team to identify business opportunities, deliver solutions, and provide post-sales technical support. Responsible for drafting technical documents including project proposals, bidding documents, test reports, and implementation plans. 3. Collect and sort out customer and market demand to provide more accurate and timely information for back-end product research and development 4. Participate in relevant marketing activities and give keynote speeches 5. Carry out technical exchange and cooperation with partners 6. Handle customer issue tickets. Job requirements
