Junior Automotive Tech Support & Training Analyst

BYD Mexico is seeking an Automotive Technical Support Jr. Analyst to provide comprehensive technical assistance to the dealer network and aftersales teams, handling mechanical and electrical issues and contributing to training and product testing before market launch.

You will analyze failure cases, share insights with engineering, and maintain up-to-date documentation and training materials to improve aftersales service efficiency.
