Record all transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments) accurately. Maintain a clean, audit‑ready general ledger. Organise source documents for easy reference. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) under IFRS as adopted in Kenya. Generate management reports with variance analysis, trend analysis, and key metrics. Reconcile all bank accounts weekly/monthly – identify and resolve discrepancies. Ensure QuickBooks ledger matches bank statements exactly. Set up chart of accounts, classes/locations, and recurring transactions.
