Junior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of accounting experience and hands-on expertise with QuickBooks Enterprise. This role involves supporting day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with financial reporting, and working closely with the Senior Accountant to ensure smooth financial processes. Key Responsibilities Process and maintain Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoices and Purchase Orders (POs). Maintain the general ledger and perform bank and account reconciliation. Prepare and post journal entries while supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports.
