JTN Site Integration Lead - Level 6

**Description:**
You will be the JTN Site Integration Lead for the Johnstown Operations team which is responsible for overseeing all functional activities under Johnstown Operations and liaising with Enterprise Functional Leadership.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the JTN Site Integration Lead you will be responsible for coordinating and executing key operational strategies across functional groups.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Support execution of the Manufacturing System to ensure smooth production flow.
+ Develop and execute an Operations AIP strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
+ Coordinate budget and staffing inputs across functional leadership to meet resource needs.
+ Manage capital planning and execution, driving investment decisions.
+ Oversee constraint management and schedule compliance for downstream LOB customers.
