Our client is seeking a Senior Attorney – Insurance Pre-Litigation to join their growing team. The role involves managing a high-volume docket of first-party property insurance cases in pre-litigation (no trials).
Key responsibilities include:
Handling first-party property damage disputes against insurance companiesManaging a high-volume docket through early-stage resolution and negotiationReviewing insurance policies, damage reports, and claim documentationDrafting demands and handling correspondence with carriersCommunicating regularly with clients to keep them informed and empoweredWorking collaboratively with the support team to resolve claims quickly and effectivelyNo cold business development—qualified leads are provided through inbound traffic Qualifications
