JOB SUMMARY:
The Junior Operations Manager assists in managing the daily operations of the brokerage department. The role ensures that customs brokerage processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with applicable customs laws and regulations. The incumbent supports operational planning, team leadership, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement while helping achieve departmental goals.
