Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings on job boards, LinkedIn, and other tech-focused platforms.
- Source active and passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and other databases.
- Conduct resume screening and initial phone/virtual interviews.
- Perform basic technical qualification based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
- Track candidates and update recruitment systems (ATS).
- Support offer process and maintain communication with candidates.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment (preferably with IT or technical roles).
