Responsibilities
- Responsible for the administration and coordination of all internal communication programs and employee recognition.
- Support of talent acquisition process (DL & IDL), retention, and talent management initiatives.
- Comply with the guidelines and regulations of Health, Safety and Environment.

- Supervise the implementation of government, company and internal policies and regulations.
