About The Team/Role
We are the Courier Structure Team, dedicated to building a rational courier ecosystem that ensures sufficient delivery capacity for the platform while providing differentiated Product‑Market Fit for couriers. This role serves as both the architect and driver of the courier structure, designing and implementing diversified courier models tailored to different business phases and courier needs, thereby maximizing user experience and courier retention.
Responsibilities
- City‑Level KPI Ownership: Take full ownership of the city's Shift courier core output metrics. Translate business goals into daily action plans for the Captain team to ensure KPIs are consistently met.
- Captain Team Management: Lead and motivate the Captain team. Enhance their capabilities in exception handling, rider communication, and emotional support through regular coaching and feedback.
