Job Description

I am looking for a Logistics Planner who is awesome at Admin and Co-ordination and who has experience in Chemical Manufacturing. Their primary responsibility is:

• Assessing demand from sales using relevant software
• Electronically plan loads mixed loads, pallet loads, tanker loads.
• Coordinate with warehouse on all load changes
• Create despatch documentation
• Handling of all queries and branch requirements
• Provide ETAs for customer orders
• Ensure vehicles are loaded on time according to schedules
• Plan and coordinate with production and warehouse on all export orders
• Coordination of return loads
• Vehicle optimization and logistics cost efficiencies
• Weekly reporting of logistics statistics
