In this role, you will engage in troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and repair of construction tools and compact machinery. Daily interactions with customers and cross-functional teams will be essential to delivering optimal service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on rental equipment
• Utilize Caterpillar SIS and ET for diagnostics
• Complete all required technical documentation
• Collaborate with the Service Supervisor and Leadhand
