**Full Time| Pay: $28.59 Hourly | Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm (Off Saturday & Sunday)**

**Job Purpose or Objective:** As the Journeyman HVAC 2, you will perform maintenance and repairs on building mechanical equipment and components. You will install, diagnosing, inspecting, repairing, maintaining, and service different heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems. You will report to the Manager.
**Primary Tasks:**
1. You will plan, prioritize, and complete assigned work orders correctly, following approved methods, promptly. Retrieve and enter work orders using a Computerized Maintenance Management System.
2. Inspect, diagnose, repair, modify and install mechanical equipment including refrigeration and air conditioning compressors, receivers, condensers, forced air converter units, pumps, automatic and hand valves, expansion valves, and capillary tubes.
