Journal Indexing Manager

Role Description:

The Journal Indexing Manager / Journal Indexing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and managing the complete indexing lifecycle of scholarly journals. The role focuses on obtaining journal registrations, ensuring compliance with international publishing standards, developing indexing strategies, preparing and submitting indexing applications, maintaining accurate scholarly metadata, and collaborating with editorial, production, research integrity, and technical teams to improve journal visibility and discoverability.

The successful candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of scholarly publishing, journal evaluation criteria, bibliographic databases, metadata standards, publication ethics, and research integrity.
