Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly bank reconciliations
- Reconcile multiple bank accounts and ensure financial accuracy
- Investigate and resolve reconciling discrepancies and queries
- Process and match payments, receipts, and journal entries
- Maintain accurate cashbook records on Sage Evolution
- Ensure correct allocation and posting of all transactions
- Liaise with banks and internal departments to resolve variances
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare reconciliation reports and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance / Bookkeeping
- 24 years experience
