Jis Control Coordinator

**Objective of job**
Ensure the reception, processing and transmission of the client's orders through AVAS systems to the different Production Control systems, as well as the monitoring of the different processes in the systems, and manage the structural groups (and the information that contain) in Master Data
**Principle activities**
- Receive, process, modify, register and transmit the JIS (and special) orders received by our clients, in addition to the information related to them.
- Prepare or process, in AVAS system, the Customer's Delivery/Credit Notes for Series and Pre-Series.
- Manage TSL / Delivery/Credit Notes processes in AVAS system.
- Manage the orders filed in the different systems.
- Coordinate the production of orders with the areas involved.
- Plan the JIS assembly of the production as well as the dispatch of orders.
